One clear step,
then the next.
Agree the work upfront and see it take shape at every stage.
- 1
Understand the business and confirm the scope
Review the objective, audience, pages and available content. Confirm the work, price and outside subscriptions before requesting the initial payment.
- 2
Organise the content and design
Start with the main pages and presentation in both languages. Feedback is consolidated into one list per round: two for Launch, three for Business and Growth.
- 3
Build and review the experience
Turn the design into real pages and check links, contact actions, mobile layouts, Arabic direction and asset weight. Changes outside scope are priced before implementation.
- 4
Launch, hand over and support
After final review and payment of the balance, connect the domain and hand over the website files and your accounts. Fixes for defects within the agreed scope are included for 14 days; new content and extra development are scoped separately.
Timing starts with ready content.
Estimated working days are 7–10 for Launch, 10–15 for Business and 15–25 for Growth, after content, access and scope are ready. Delayed feedback or scope additions affect the schedule.
Clear ownership from the start.
Where possible, domains, stores and analytics are registered in your name. Project-specific code is handed over after payment; external tools, fonts and assets retain their own licences.
