Project scope and service terms
Last updated: 6 September 2026
Confirming the scope
Package details form the basis of the offer. Before work begins, pages, content, integrations, cost and schedule are confirmed in writing. A complete store, custom system or work not listed requires a separate scope.
Payments and outside costs
The proposed payment option is 50% to start and the balance before launch after review, or full payment upfront. Listed prices are service fees; domains, hosting, subscriptions and advertising spend are separate. We do not currently collect VAT. The final payable total is shown before payment.
Content and revisions
The client supplies content, images, permission to use them and required access. Launch includes two revision rounds; Business and Growth include three, with consolidated feedback per round. Added pages or changes to approved scope require a new cost and timeline agreement.
Handover and ownership
Project files are handed over after payment; third-party assets and tools retain their own licences. Main accounts are held in the client’s name where possible. In-scope defect corrections are included for 14 days after launch; new content and features are separate.
Pausing or cancelling
If your needs change, contact us before work starts or before the next stage. Completed work and associated amounts are reviewed, with the agreed settlement recorded and any non-excludable legal rights respected. Final cancellation terms are agreed in the project offer before payment.
Search and advertising outcomes
Platforms control indexing, rankings, ad delivery and Business Profile approval, and outcomes depend on factors outside the implementation. We commit to the agreed work and reporting, without guaranteeing a ranking, customer count or specific advertising return.
