What do we need from you?

A description of the current process, a non-sensitive sample, tool permissions and follow-up rules. We check integration feasibility before work; do not put passwords or sensitive customer data in the project brief.

Delivery starts after the required information, access and scope approval are in place. External approval delays are outside the delivery estimate.

How do we check the handover?

We test a valid request, missing data and a failure case, then explain the workflow and its alerts. Subscriptions, messaging and usage charges are separate and stated clearly.

Do I need a Wadh-built website?

No. We can review and connect existing tools when they provide the required access. Compatibility and plan limits are confirmed before implementation.

Is this an AI bot that answers everything?

This package covers one defined workflow with clear rules. An AI assistant needs separately scoped knowledge, permissions, human escalation and answer testing.

Does it include automated WhatsApp messages?

Not in the base scope. WhatsApp Business Platform requires an eligible account, approvals, templates and provider usage fees. We assess that separately before committing to it.
