Clear terms from the start.

• The 5% referral voucher is for a new customer's first one-time service order of SAR 990 or more before discount. It is personal, single-use and issued after eligibility checks.
• The referrer's SAR 100 credit is approved after the project is completed and the full amount owed after discount is paid. Eligible service value must be at least SAR 990 before the voucher; your friend's discount does not remove your eligibility when the other terms are met.
• The returning-customer discount is 5% after the first completed, paid project, using the same checkout email, on a new service order of SAR 990 or more before discount.
• Service credit expires six months from issue, not from the request date. Redeem it against a service order of SAR 990 or more before credit; it cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred.
• One voucher per order. Referral discounts, returning-customer discounts, service credit and other vouchers cannot be combined on the same order.
• If you choose a 50% starting payment, an approved 5% discount applies to both that payment and the remaining balance invoice. A SAR 100 credit is deducted once only.
• Self-referrals, cancelled or refunded orders, tax, third-party charges and monthly care are excluded. One referral per new customer; we check order details for duplicates.
• Adding a referral code to an order records its source only; a voucher must be issued before payment. Requests are reviewed within two business days, and eligibility is not confirmed until review.

Pending review requests are retained for up to 90 days, then removed in the daily cleanup. Registration details remain while your referral code is active to administer the programme. You can request deletion through the contact link; necessary transaction records may be retained separately. Your details are not used for marketing without separate consent.
